    Original & Tiger Drill Chains

    Picote Original Chains are a good all-around cleaning option and are often referred to as the starter chain because they are adjustable. This allows you to make minor adjustments to the chain size to compensate for reduced pipe interior for initial cleaning of blocked pipes and then readjust them to their optimal diameter. The Tiger Drill Chain features an integrated Front Drill Head to push through blockages, roots and lightly collapsed liners.

    Tiger Drill Chains are similar to the Original Chains but feature an integrated Front Drill Head to penetrate blockages, roots and lightly collapsed liners.

    How to use

     

    • PVC Original Chains forego carbide teeth, which makes it less aggressive and able to clean inside more fragile plastic and clay pipes.
    • Standard Original Chains are a great general-purpose option featuring the Picote star carbide (3-ridge) teeth. Suitable for clay, concrete and cast-iron pipes. Single and Double Chain models for a gentler option.
    • Tiger Original Chains bridge the gap between Picote Standard Original Chains and Premium Original Chains. Extra-hard, very long-lasting carbide teeth with a lighter chain material create a gentle, lightweight, but extremely durable option for cleaning clay, concrete, and cast-iron pipes including roots, scale, and blockages.
    • Premium Original Chains feature twice the carbide and surface contact area of the standard version, so they clean even faster and last longer since the carbide sees less wear per job. Larger and heavier U carbide (7-ridge) makes it stronger and faster than any other chain on the market. A versatile tool for clay, concrete, and cast-iron pipes. For tough descaling, hard deposits and removing residual concrete or failed liner, including inconsistencies, wrinkles and remains.
    • Tiger Drill Chains feature a integrated Tiger front drill head featuring long-lasting carbides to efficiently cut through roots, scale, blockages and lightly collapsed liners.
    • Tiger Drill Chain PVC forgoes carbide teeth on the chain but features an integrated Tiger front drill head with long lasting carbides to efficiently and safely cut through roots, scale and blockages in PVC and fragile pipes. An essential “first fix” tool!
    • Tornado Original Chains are for use exclusively with the Maxi Power+ and feature special, highly aggressive teeth for descaling, concrete removal, heavy tuberculate and debris in larger diameter pipes.
